Dr. Ilenikhena holds a Ph.D. in International Psychology with a focus
on organizations and systems. As a first-generation college student and
emerging leader, she brings a grounded understanding of the barriers,
expectations, and complexities that often accompany leadership and growth.
She has dedicated her work to supporting individuals and organizations in
strengthening their capacity, navigating change, and achieving meaningful
outcomes. Her approach is rooted in mentorship, strategic insight, and a
commitment to human development across diverse contexts.
Dr. Ilenikhena’s experience spans program management, organizational
development, assessment of learning outcomes, and strategic planning. Through
this work, she serves as a trusted consultant and partner, helping clients move
forward with clarity, intention, and sustainable impact.

  • Global Leadership and Consulting: Dr. Ilenikhena holds certifications in change management, strategic communication, negotiation, program management, workplace diversity, assessment & diagnosis, and leadership.
  • Cultures and Migrations: With experience in program design, collaboration, acculturation, global migration, and community resilience, Savannah brings a deep understanding of the complex dynamics of cultures and migrations to her consulting work.
  • Intercultural Competency in International Psychology: Savannah’s certification in intercultural competency and research in global contexts equips her with the skills to assess organizational culture, deliver cultural interventions, and conduct needs assessments for organizations operating in diverse settings.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Organizations and Human Resources: Dr. Ilenikhena expertise in DEI strategies, organizational psychology, and human resources enables her to guide organizations in creating inclusive environments and harnessing the power of diversity for growth and success.
